Becasuse every flag is made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds. We stand behind our products 100% and work one on one with every customer, so if anything is amiss, we will make it right.

We also provide updates and progress pictures throughout the entire process as well as provide shipping/tracking information (we use UPS Ground for shipping).
Shipping is based on shipping destination. Most shipping rates are approximately $30. We ship UPS Ground and provide tracking information.
